As Founder/CEO, he provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight, driving the company's mission, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and positioning the organization for sustained growth and industry leadership.
Agbo S. Agbo
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Oversees the company's technology vision, IT operations, and innovation initiatives, ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient, and future-ready solutions that support business objectives and client success.
Responsible for coordinating project logistics and ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and delivery of organizational projects. He manages the movement of resources, equipment, and materials, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders.
Responsible for coordinating administrative processes, managing corporate records, and supporting executive and departmental operations. She ensures effective communication flow, proper documentation, and efficient office management in line with organizational standards.
Oversees financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and compliance functions, ensuring the organization's resources are managed efficiently and transparently to support sustainable business growth.
Responsible for overseeing the organization's procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of quality goods, services, and equipment at competitive prices. She manages supplier relationships, coordinates vendor selection and contract negotiations.
