As Chairman, he provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight, driving the company's mission, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and positioning the organization for sustained growth and industry leadership.
Agbo S. Agbo
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Oversees the company's technology vision, IT operations, and innovation initiatives, ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient, and future-ready solutions that support business objectives and client success.
Responsible for maintaining and supporting organizational IT systems while contributing to project development and implementation. He ensures system stability, resolves technical issues, and supports the successful execution of technology initiatives across the organization.
Responsible for coordinating administrative processes, managing corporate records, and supporting executive and departmental operations. She ensures effective communication flow, proper documentation, and efficient office management in line with organizational standards.
Oversees financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and compliance functions, ensuring the organization's resources are managed efficiently and transparently to support sustainable business growth.
Responsible for the planning, maintenance, and efficient operation of the organization’s facilities. She ensures optimal workspace conditions, coordinates repairs and services, manages vendors, and upholds safety and operational standards across all physical assets.

Intern / AI Specialist
Supports AI development and automation projects through research, testing, and data-driven tasks while building practical experience in artificial intelligence.
She plays a vital role in maintaining operational excellence. From welcoming clients and managing communications to coordinating administrative functions, she ensure the organization runs smoothly while delivering a professional and positive experience to all stakeholders.
